We are looking to recruit a confident, competent and engaged Supervisor for our Wells Road Studio. Fully flexible contract, offering a minimum of 15 hours per week. This position will be covering days, evenings and weekends. Flexibility is a must, and additional hours are on offer to cover any staff holidays and sickness. What we are looking for: Essential English at GCSE level or equivalent qualification/demonstratable skill At least 1 year sales/customer facing experience Attention to detail with a keen eye for cleaning Experience working towards a goal or target - demonstratable by previous roles/education Able to attend mandatory training Examples of good time management Motivation to succeed and rise to new challenges Desirable Experience working within a fast paced Sales environment Experience or interest in the Health and Beauty industry Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness Previous Supervisor/ Assistant Manager experience What we offer: £12.75 per hour plus uncapped sales commission- Age thresholds not applicable, all staff are compensated the same way!
