Recruitment Assistant
7-month fixed-term contract

London based- 3 days in the office, 2 days from home a week
My client an Investment Management firm are looking to hire a Recruitment Assistant on a 7-month maternity contract. To carry out this role you must have recent recruitment experience, ideally working in a corporate environment.
Working in a fast-paced environment you will be supporting 2 HR Business Partners with:
Recruitment administration: screening CVS, scheduling interviews, administering assessments, preparing offers and offers
Managing the onboarding process
Managing agency relationships and acting as the first point of contact
Advertising roles on the intranet and external sites
Supporting with direct sourcing initiatives
Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates
Monitoring the agency PSL
Supporting with the administration for the yearly internship programme
To carry out this role you must have:
Previous experience in recruitment administration, ideally within a Financial Services environment
Proven experience providing a confidential, quality administrative service
Familiarity with Workday would be an advantage
