Robert Half are pleased to be recruiting a Group Reporting Manager on a permanent basis with a high growth business based in Swindon. This is a pivotal role supporting the Finance Director and leadership team, and would suit an ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE seeking a value add role.
The role
The Group Reporting Manager will be responsible for a range of duties encompassing financial reporting, group consolidations, budgeting and business partnering. This role requires a technically astute individual with previous experience of financial reporting, and excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Preparing monthly consolidated group accounts to be presented at board level.
* Forecasting and budgeting for the group - including partnering with the management team to understand key costs and drivers.
* Point of contact for the external auditors including query resolution.
* Financial analysis.
* Preparing management information packs with commentary.
* Balance sheet reconciliations.
* Continuous improvement of systems and processes.
* Business partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
Profile
