Transformation Operations Specialist Responsibilities Performance Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards in smart sheet to monitor and analyze the performance of various departments within Cognizant. Meeting Management: Schedule and facilitate meetings including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Ensure necessary participants are available and informed. Documentation: Take accurate and detailed meeting notes, ensuring they are disseminated to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Adhoc Requests: Efficiently handle and execute unexpected tasks or projects as they arise. Invoice Management: Review, validate, and ensure accuracy of invoices in relation to Purchase Orders (POs). Establish checks and balances independently for the review process. Onboarding: Follow and ensure adherence to the onboarding process for Cognizant employees, ensuring timely provision of resources such as computer access. Process Management: Ensure that established processes are followed consistently across the organization, and promptly report any discrepancies to the manager. Continuous Improvement: Regularly review, refine, and optimize operational processes, recommending areas of improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements Experience: Must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in operations or a similar role, with a proven track record of success. Software Proficiency: Knowledgeable and highly skilled in Smartsheet or Google sheets. Experience in creating performance dashboards is a must. Organizational Skills: Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities without compromising on quality. Detail-Oriented: A meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work, especially when reviewing invoices and POs. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all forms of correspondence and documentation.
