Salary: £41,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a Public Sector / Local Government business Strong technical experience delivering Business Analysis within transformation, change or digital programmes Confidence in working across multiple projects and stakeholder groups Proven experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and systems analysis Ability to translate technical information into clear, meaningful insights for business stakeholders Collaborative, proactive approach to influencing positive change Experience working with structured delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches Experience working within complex environments is beneficial Responsibilities: Lead business and systems analysis activity across change and improvement initiatives Map, analyse, and redesign processes to drive efficiency, productivity, and service improvement Elicit, define, and translate business and technical requirements Analyse complex data and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations Support the design, testing, and implementation of digital solutions Work closely with ICT teams and third-party suppliers to ensure systems are user-focused and fit for purpose Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions across multiple levels of the organisation Contribute to business cases, impact assessments, and implementation planning Monitor the effectiveness of new systems and processes and recommend ongoing improvements Technologies: ICT Support More: We are an organization undergoing a significant transformation programme, and we seek a technically strong Business Analyst to support multiple strategic change workstreams.
