The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:
11. Proven experience in human resources within the Retail/Leisure industry.
12. A strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
14. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
15. Proficiency in HR-related software and systems.
16. A results-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
17. A CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable
