Role

We are looking for a PR & Communications Manager to join the Communications team at Rosewood London. In this pivotal role, you will support the Director of Communications and be responsible for implementing strategy, initiatives, planning, coordination and management of the hotel’s integrated marketing, public relations and communications. This role requires working onsite 5 days a week.

Key expectations

* Manage hotel communications and public relations activities and materials including publications, media relations and client acquisition.
* Coordinate media interest in the hotel and maintain regular contact with target media; respond to media requests appropriately.
* Foster excellent relationships with media, influencers (KOLs) and industry contacts; maintain a comprehensive database.
* Identify and develop hotel events, partnerships and activations with relevant luxury, lifestyle, fashion, arts and cultural partners to drive brand awareness and commercial impact.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing and communications strategies.
* Collaborate with other departments to support hotel initiatives, events and guest experiences.
* Represent the hotel in the community through programming and partnerships that enhance reputation and visibility.
* Support crisis communication and reputation management, delivering timely, accurate messaging to internal and external stakeholders when needed.

Profile

* A proven background in communications or public relations with relevant experience in a similar role.
* Experience in the luxury hospitality, lifestyle or related sectors is highly desirable.
* Strong press and KOL relationships; engaged in contemporary culture and immersed in London social scene.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.
