We are currently seeking a part-time Hospitality Team Member to join our team, working 40 hours per week. We seek enthusiastic and dynamic candidates with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a flexible attitude towards changing priorities and procedures, including shift adjustments.
This role involves working in the casino bar and restaurant. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing exceptional customer care while adhering to all company procedures, health & safety, and hygiene regulations.
2. Contributing to continuous business improvement as an effective team player.
3. Operating tills and handling cash transactions.
4. Waiting tables and clearing cutlery and glasses, ensuring all items are washed, cleaned, and stored correctly.
5. Proactively identifying food and beverage requirements.
6. Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in all casino areas.
