Job Title: Management / Process Leader Trainer Assessor
Location: Home / Field based - Must be flexible with travel
Salary: up to £35,000 (Depending on experience and delivery levels)
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Duties:
Train, assess and deliver full Apprenticeship Standards in Process Leader (Level 4).
Record professional discussions on specific units / topics based on knowledge, independent research and reflective accounts.
Deliver full training and support learners through their Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Work to learner review and completion timescales.Criteria:
Must be a qualified Assessor, with experience of delivering Apprenticeship Standards - ideally in Process Leader or Operations Departmental Management.
Must hold a relevant sector-specific qualification at Management level.
Must hold strong competency at Management level.
Must be comfortable with and ideally have experience of online and group-based training delivery.
Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.Please note:
