Account Manager EPOS Solutions

Division: EPOS Bureau
Reports to: EPOS Bureau Sales and Account Management Lead
Are you a proactive Account Manager with a knack for building lasting client relationships? Do you have a strong background in software or EPOS systems and a passion for helping customers thrive?
At ClearCourse, we're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our EPOS Bureau team, a market-leading provider of omni-channel solutions for speciality food retailers such as farm shops, butchers, and delis.
In this role, youll be central to driving customer success by strengthening relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell, and ensuring customers are fully engaged with our solutions. Youll work closely with clients to understand their businesses and advise them on how to maximise the value of our technology including helping them adopt our integrated payments solution, ClearAccept.
