Family Solicitor - Private Family Law
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a well-established and respected law firm in Great Yarmouth.
We are seeking a talented and compassionate solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE to join our growing Family Law team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in private family matters and be committed to delivering exceptional client care during what can often be challenging and sensitive circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters including:
* Divorce and separation
* Financial remedy proceedings
* Private children matters
* Cohabitation and separation agreements
* Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
* Domestic abuse and injunction applications
* Providing clear, practical and empathetic legal advice to clients
* Conducting negotiations and representing clients throughout proceedings
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting business development and networking initiatives
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional obligations
About You
The successful candidate will:
* Be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in Family Law
* Have substantial experience handling private family law matters independently
* Possess excellent technical knowledge and strong case management skills
* Demonstrate outstanding communication and client care abilities
* Be confident managing sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy
* Have a proactive approach to business development and client relationship management
* Be a strong team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services
