This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a respected and expanding law firm with a strong local presence and a client-first approach.Whether you’re a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive, if you have a solid background in residential conveyancing, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:As a Residential Property Solicitor, your role will involve managing a caseload from instruction to post-completion, including:
Handling freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchasesManaging remortgage transactions and equity release casesDrafting and reviewing contracts, titles and transfer documentsHandling transfers of equity and matrimonial transfersEnsuring compliance with CQS protocols and quality standardsProviding supervision and support to conveyancing assistantsBuilding strong relationships with local clients and professional contactsCross-referring clients to other legal departments where appropriate
About You:To be successful in this role, you should have:
Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseloadKnowledge of local property markets in Sutton Coldfield and surrounding areasStrong client care and communication skillsExperience in business development and networkingA proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independentlyExcellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlinesA collaborative, team-focused attitude
