Supplier Performance & Contract Manager

The Supplier Performance & Contract Manager is responsible for end-to-end governance of small to medium scale contracts, aligned with Royal Mail Technology goals.
Location: London or Sheffield
Responsibilities include:
* Managing contracts and supplier relationships per best practices and policies.
* Applying contractual and commercial management skills to ensure effectiveness and value.
* Collaborating with Technology, Business, and Procurement teams.
* Taking responsibility for suppliers within scope.
* Planning contract demand and renewals proactively.
* Developing and working within a team dedicated to contract excellence.
* Performing contract reviews and administration.
* Providing commercial support for IT programs.
* Evaluating supplier responses and proposals.
* Overseeing asset management activities.
* Supporting additional relationship responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications and experience required:
* Experience in Contract and Commercial Management, preferably in Technology.
* Full lifecycle contract management in complex environments.
* Strong stakeholder and negotiation skills.
* Ability to analyze and enforce contractual obligations.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Experience managing large-scale contracts for value and cost savings.
