This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal support professional to join a busy team and contribute to a high-volume of family law cases. Job Title: Family Law Solicitor Location: Blackburn (Hybrid Based - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home) Salary – £35K - £60,000 annum DOE Key Responsibilities as a Family law Solicitor: Provide legal advice on issues such as divorce, separation, child arrangements, financial settlements, and domestic abuse. Handle all aspects of divorce proceedings, including filing petitions, responding to applications, and guiding clients through the legal process. Prepare court applications, witness statements, consent orders, prenuptial/postnuptial agreements, and settlement proposals.
