Role Overview
As a Prop Artist, you are passionate about modelling 3D assets that bring immersive worlds to life. You maintain visual consistency across repeated asset types, ensuring high‑quality execution and fidelity throughout the game world of the Rainbow Six brand. Creative and self‑sufficient, you produce concepts quickly and efficiently, combining hard‑surface design expertise with organic elements.
You take pride in being detail‑oriented and committed to mastering your craft. With strong communication skills, you collaborate effectively to deliver high‑quality props and texture work. Passionate about your discipline, you thrive on in‑depth research and actively engage in peer review sessions, both giving and receiving constructive feedback, to continually elevate the quality and consistency of your work.

What You’ll Bring
* Knowledge of substance packages (such as Painter, Designer).
* A portfolio that demonstrates a passion for 3D asset creation.
* Good working knowledge of industry‑leading 3D modelling packages (such as Blender, 3DS Max, Zbrush).
* Attention to detail in prop and texture creation.
* Experience working under technical constraints (such as limited poly budgets, texture resolution).
* Exposure to game engines and production pipelines.
