Executive Assistant
About the Role
The role of Executive Assistant requires a highly organized and efficient individual to provide administrative support to senior leadership.
* Provide secretarial support to Directors, including managing diaries, meeting requests, and inboxes.
* Oversee the daily running of the office, including handling travel bookings, organizing meetings, and coordinating preparation work.
* Manage correspondence, prepare communication on behalf of Directors, and perform general administrative duties such as expenses, printing, and photocopying.
* Support other members of the senior team when required, and assist Directors with the management of their direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce meeting documents, minutes, and agendas.
* Prepare business documents and presentations for meetings, including sourcing content.
* Develop and maintain knowledge of the business, including strategy, key projects, initiatives, customers, and stakeholders.
* Liaise with direct reports of Directors and offer business support.
* Provide strategic support to Directors and their direct reports.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role, ideally supporting senior leadership.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
* Ability to work with discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Benefits
* This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday 39.5 hours a week.
* Salary up to £34k with a performance bonus of up to £1500.
