Location: Liverpool (with regular international travel to the US)
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum
Overview
This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified finance professional to step into a career-defining role with international exposure. As Finance Business Partner, you'll spend around a third of your time in the US, working closely with the CFO and senior leadership to drive commercial performance, shape strategy, and deliver financial insights that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage the P&L, producing clear and actionable analysis.
* Drive profitability through cost reviews, supplier tenders, and spend optimisation.
* Deliver impactful reporting and insights for senior leadership and board meetings.
* Partner closely with the CFO and operational teams to shape strategy and support decision-making.
* Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes.
* Engage confidently with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulators.

What We're Looking For
* ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified accountant.
* Proven experience of full P&L ownership in a commercial environment.
* Strong leadership and influencing skills, confident in challenging senior stakeholders.
* Commercially minded, results-driven, and able to build strong cross-functional relationships.
* Excellent communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
