While leading by example and demonstrating outstanding classroom practice as a class teacher, you will have the opportunity to lead a core subject across the school.
You will be responsible for the leadership of a core subject (Phonics, Reading or Writing), supporting the Senior Leadership Team to develop whole school strategy, to ensure all learners across the school experience the high-quality teaching they deserve.
