You will need to be well organised with great communication skills and ready to learn how to lead your team in store to maximise sales and profit and meet your store's targets. Responsibilities
• Support the store manager with all aspects of running a busy store to maximise sales and profitability.
• Lead and coach your team of colleagues in store, ensuring high standards of customer service and store presentation.
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, stock control, and store performance.
