We are looking for motivated and driven individuals with good values and a genuine interest in the care and support of Older People. Candidates should have experience in care within a highly complex yet rewarding environment.
Based in one of our 8 residential care homes, the successful candidate will undertake the keyworker role. This involves creating, monitoring, and reviewing care plans, keeping accurate records of support planning, and ensuring the service user receives the opportunities, experience, and support outlined in their care plan. The role also includes promoting access to opportunities in local communities to enable service users to live meaningful lives.
We provide ongoing care and support to vulnerable older people. Our facilities include care homes, respite units, STAR units, and a day service.

The Person
Provide care and support that meets the Health and Social Care standards.
Work collaboratively with other Council services and partner agencies to support effective planning and delivery of care and support.
Demonstrate flexibility and creativity within a dynamic and ambitious team.
Possess or be willing to work towards the required qualification SVQ 3, as mandated by the Scottish Social Services Council. It is the individual's responsibility to inform the Scottish Social Services Council once the qualification is achieved.
