HR Advisor, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking People and Wellbeing team that plays a key role in shaping the employee experience.
Your new role
As an HR Advisor, you will report directly to the Head of People and act as a key member of the HR team. You’ll provide comprehensive HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, policy development, and coaching managers. As an HR Advisor you will lead on investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, and support with Employment Tribunal preparation. This is a varied and hands-on role with opportunities to mentor junior team members, influence HR systems, and deputise for the Head of People and Wellbeing when required.
What you’ll need to succeed
Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor role
Strong knowledge of employee relations
Experience coaching and advising managers
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A proactive, solution-focused approach and strong attention to detail
CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent knowledge of employment law and ACAS guidelines
