The Role
As a Quality Technician, you’ll be responsible for inspecting customer parts, performing laboratory testing, and supporting the site’s quality management system at Bodycote Surface Technology Ltd. Taking ownership of final inspection, test analysis, and quality documentation, you’ll ensure products leaving the factory meet customer specifications and international standards while helping reduce non-conformance across site.
You’ll carry out final inspection and PPI activities, complete release documentation and Certificates of Conformance, perform laboratory testing and reporting, monitor data trends, participate in root cause analysis, and support AS9100 and NADCAP compliance through internal audits, calibration, document control, and cross‑functional collaboration. A strong commitment to safety is essential.
