What the Job Involves Manage a designated 'patch' of tenancies, ensuring the delivery of core tenancy management services. Conduct risk assessments, develop tailored support plans, and engage specialist support providers as needed. Facilitate early interventions to support at-risk tenants and uphold tenancy agreements. Contribute to the fire safety management strategy and promote tenant participation in community decision-making opportunities. Participate in meetings, maintain case records, and produce reports to ensure compliance and successful tenancies. Identify service improvements and contribute to team planning and development. Work collaboratively with external partners to deliver tailored, customer-focused services.
