Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Client Care Manager to lead and manage our client and caregiver recruitment and retention efforts. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality care to clients while maintaining compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on operational development. Key Responsibilities Act as liaison with the Area Agencies on Aging, Service Coordination Agencies, Managed Care Organizations and Veterans Administration. Manage recruitment and retention for Delaware with regards to any recruitment, referral management and intake process. Manage the recruitment and hiring of potential Caregivers. Lead initiatives and the implementation of special projects to advance departmental and organizational goals. Ensure all assigned cases have coverage that is aligned with scheduled services. Closely monitor approved care schedules to ensure Clients’ needs are met. Monitor and report on quality of care of Clients via follow up, conducting satisfaction surveys, and coordination with partnering agencies, internal staff, and Caregivers. Ensure the Caregivers’ qualifications match the Clients’ Plan of Care. Schedule and conduct off site, in-home supervisory and customer service visits. Conduct new client intakes, as needed. Create opportunities for new business and clients to grow caseload. Create and maintain accurate and up to date Client and Caregiver records in the agency’s electronic database system, as well as hard copy files as specified. Maintain working knowledge of state regulations and industry related information while ensuring 100% compliance with State licensure regulations and JEVS Care at Home policies. Participates in planning and implementing quality improvement activities. Support agency growth by engaging in client and caregiver outreach, identifying opportunities to expand service delivery, assist with sales, marketing and public relations efforts as assigned. Perform outreach functions including attending health fairs, community events, and other activities, as required. Perform other duties as assigned Physical Requirements May require sitting, standing, or walking on a level surface for periods throughout the day. May require lifting up to 20 pounds. Regional travel up to 50% required to other JEVS locations, home visits and other related functions.
