Location: Ealing Role: Drama Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver creative and challenging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).
* Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for a wide range of dramatic techniques and theatrical styles within Drama, fostering creativity.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Creative Arts to share best practice and enhance the Drama curriculum within our creative school.
* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Drama, valuing creative development.
* Direct and support school drama productions and extracurricular drama clubs, encouraging creative participation.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related field.
* Proven experience teaching Drama at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply) with a focus on creativity.
* Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of Drama and theatre, with experience in fostering creative performance.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students in Drama through creative activities.
* A passion for fostering creativity and performance skills through Drama within a creative school environment.
