Core Care Links Ltd (CCL) is a Clinically Led providerresponsible for delivering a range of urgent GP services across North East Lincolnshire. CCL is a growing organisation that is constantly lookingto develop and expand the services delivered.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for providingAdministrative support to all of CCLs services.This will include:
Assisting instaffing rota's for all services delivered
Ensure sufficientstaffing capacity at all times, managing shift cancellations in a timely and efficientmanner
Liaison withClinical and Operational Staff working across the various services and partnerorganisation's
Assist inmaintaining staff records, ensuring accurate, up to date information is heldfor all staff at all times
Assist in thecoordination of recruitment and induction process of all new clinical staff
Assist infacilitating internal audits to provide quality assurance and identify areasfor improvement and development
To collate andanalyse information which will inform and support the Quarterly PerformanceReports
Manage internal andexternal telephone queries
Ensure service userfeedback is collated and analysed and support the Operational Supervisor toimplement the lessons learnt, representing continual service development
Maintenance of theorganisations website to ensure accurate information is available for thepublic and staff members regarding the services delivered
Support managementto ensure all requirements in relation to our Care Quality
Support theoperational development and roll out of any new service models

Support managementto ensure all requirements in relation to our Care Quality
Commission registration are maintained and exceeded
Support theoperational development and roll out of any new service models
Provide administrativesupport to the Clinical Directors
Provide support andcover to Administrative & Finance Officer when needed
Any other administrative duties as requested by the organisation
Person Specification
Qualifications
* Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent
Experience
* Extensive experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Problem Solving Skills
* Good liaison and leadership skills and the ability to motivate others
* Ability to prioritise own workload
* Customer Service Skills
* Previous administration and organisational experience
Knowledge and Skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written/verbal)
