Are you a commercially driven sales professional with UK or international experience, ready to take on high-growth global markets? Following double-digit growth, they’re now hiring an International Sales Manager to lead distributor partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Global Sales Director, you’ll own a portfolio of high-growth international markets, managing distributor relationships and driving commercial growth. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and developing distributor partnerships across EMEA and Asia
* Identifying new opportunities and improving partner performance
* Leading forecasting, budgeting, and full account management
* Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, regulatory, and ops teams
* Supporting product launches and delivering partner training
The Ideal Candidate:
* Currently in an international sales or UK account management role within a consumer goods business
* Commercially sharp, entrepreneurial, and proactive in building strong relationships
* Highly organised and confident managing multiple territories or partners
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
