Job Description:
* Support pupils acrossKey Stages 3/4withbehavioural, emotional, and social needs, both in and out of the classroom
* Implement and modelpositive behaviour interventions,restorative practices, andindividual support plans
* Create asafe and structured environmentwhere pupils feelheard,understood, andmotivated to succeed
* Work closely withteachers,parents, andexternal agenciesto ensure consistent and effective support
* Monitor and evaluate pupil progress usingtargeted strategiesanddata-informed approaches
* Contribute to the wider school community throughstaff training,mentoring, andwellbeing initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience working with children or young people withchallenging behaviour,SEND, orSEMH needs (desirable but not essential)
* Be acalm, patient, and proactive practitionerwith strongcommunicationandconflict resolution skills
* Demonstrate a commitment toinclusive education,safeguarding, andstudent wellbeing
* Possess excellentteamwork,organisation, andempathy
* Be enthusiastic aboutprofessional development,collaborative working, andtransformative support
