The opportunity
You'll manage a varied and rewarding private client caseload, working with supportive colleagues in a well:established team. The firm is open to full:time, part:time, or hybrid working and offers a competitive salary package.
Key responsibilities
- Drafting Wills and advising on estate and succession planning
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Trust creation and administration
- Probate and estate administration
- Court of Protection and mental capacity matters
- Preparing and registering LPAs and EPAs
About you
- Qualified solicitor with circa 3:4 years' PQE (or equivalent experience)
- Confident managing a private client caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong client care and communication skills
- STEP qualification welcomed but not essential
