We’re seeking a proactive Accounts/Finance Assistant to support our clients finance team in a fast-paced facilities management environment. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented with strong Excel skills and a keen interest in finance operations. Permanent role, paying £34kpa based on working 37.50 hours per week Monday – Friday based in Leigh area Key Responsibilities: · Ensuring invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims are processed · Preparing Monthly Applications · Assisting with monthly management accounts and reporting · Preparing and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities · Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to resolve queries · Sub-Contractor Management on boarding and ordering tasks What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in an accounts/finance role Support Commercial and contract management NEC 4 / JCT Good understanding of basic accounting principles Strong Excel and finance software skills (e.g. Sage, QuickBooks) Excellent communication and time management Experience in facilities management is a bonus If you are interested then please click the APPLY button now PRS are a leading specialist recruitment and search & selection consultancy within the Building Services, FM and Support Sectors.
