Corporate Commercial Lawyer
Sue Ross Legal is working with a rapidly expanding law firm based in North East Derbyshire in the recruitment of this role.
We are seeking an experienced corporate‑commercial lawyer to work with high‑calibre entrepreneurial start‑ups through to well‑established multi‑million‑pound turnover companies.
Role expectations: run own caseload, manage mergers & acquisitions and handle a variety of commercial cases. Business development interest is ideal but not essential.
Minimum qualification: 5 years PQE+. Experience in managing caseloads and M&A required.
