FF&E & Construction Procurement Administrator Location: Soho, London (with travel to UK and international sites) Start Date: ASAP A globally renowned hospitality brand is seeking an experienced Procurement Administrator to support FF&E and construction procurement across high-profile projects in the UK, EU, Middle East, and US. Key Responsibilities Process FF&E and construction orders, invoices, and payment runs Manage logistics and shipping (UK & international), including customs and documentation Maintain procurement schedules, budgets, cash flows, and cost reconciliations Coordinate with contractors and design teams on installations and snagging Support supplier sourcing and trade account setup (no design input required) Maintain compliance records and up-to-date supplier databases Oversee studio and storage facility inventory Experience & Skills 3 years in procurement, logistics, or finance (hospitality or interiors experience preferred) Strong knowledge of supply chain operations and FF&E materials Advanced Excel, MS Office, and Google Workspace; Adobe Photoshop & InDesign (basic) desirable Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Proactive and adaptable with excellent organisational ability Fluency in English; additional languages a plus This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who is diligent, collaborative, and confident working with numbers and people across global teams.
