The Role
As an In House Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding high‑quality candidates to join our growing organisation.

* Source and secure new talent across a range of roles within the business
* Manage the full candidate journey from interview to onboarding and compliance completion
* Deliver effective recruitment campaigns to attract top talent
* Act as the face of Abbots Care, promoting our values and employer brand
