Role
Progress Coach – Full time (37 hours per week), term time only.
Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of students and work with young people in group settings, smaller tutorials, and individual one-to-one supervisory meetings.
* Check and monitor student attendance; liaise with teaching and support staff;
* Provide essential guidance and support with financial, academic, social and emotional challenges affecting student progress.
* Engage with students, families, and other stakeholders to support progress, attendance, and learning opportunities.
* Help students overcome obstacles and maximise learning opportunities.
Qualifications and Attributes
* Educated to a minimum of Level 3 (A Level) with a good standard of English.
* Reliable and professional with excellent communication skills.
* Empathetic and able to work under pressure.

Details
* Salary: £20,599.32 to £21,957.51 per annum (Sixth Form Colleges Support Staff Pay Spine 5-9; currently £24,191 to £25,786 FTE, depending on experience).
* Location: Franklin Sixth Form College.
* Contract: Full time, term time only.
