Looking for a small job to add to your plate, with an interesting population and an easygoing boss?
We need a licensed clinician (LGPC/LCPC, LMSW/LCSW, etc.) to conduct group counseling in Spanish for domestic violence offenders. A challenging but fascinating population! Our ultimate goal, of course, is to increase safety for survivors of domestic violence; it’s meaningful work.
Counselors lead weekly psychoeducational groups using a 22-week program model. Groups are in person in Rockville (and possibly Silver Spring).
This is a part-time position with current need for Thursdays 5:30-7:00 PM and 7:30-9:00 PM. Opportunities to pick up other groups (in English/Spanish) may arise.
