Senior Consultant Technology Consulting (Microsoft Finance)
Ready to shape the future of finance technology? Join our Big‑4 team and help clients unlock the full potential of Microsoft Dynamics 365. You’ll deliver expert support, solve real business challenges and drive innovation in a fast‑moving digital landscape.
Your key responsibilities
* Application support consultant with previous exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and associated cloud services such as Azure PowerApps and Logic Apps.
* Broad product exposure is encouraged; the focus will be on financial ledgers, finance modules and related business processes. HR module is desirable.
* Provide proactive and reactive ongoing support and consultancy services to clients based around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
* Take ownership of tickets assigned to you to deliver best‑practice solutions within the client’s contractual SLAs.
* Manage and run service review calls with your assigned clients, providing insights into their system and assisting them in achieving their vision.
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve incidents for those areas that impact finance directly but that also have operational impact, e.g., product costing, inventory management, manufacturing costing sheets, project costing, WIP management, revenue recognition, asset lifecycle management.
* As part of the Application Managed Services team, liaise with and collaborate with colleagues to follow the defined application support processes.
* Carry out other related duties from time to time as required.
* Serve as an ambassador for the company in relation to matters in and around your subject‑matter expertise.
* Contribute to company news team events and blogs as appropriate.
What you’ll bring
* Working towards or holding Microsoft MB‑310 certification.
* Ideally finance certification (AAT, CIMA, ACCA), ITIL 4 Foundation and hands‑on finance experience.
* Excellent communication, problem‑solving skills and a positive professional attitude.
