A growing service provider based in Birstall is seeking an Invoicing & Operations Manager to lead a performing administrative team, ensuring efficient invoicing, streamlined processes, and exceptional client service. This is a full-time office based role suited to a proactive and driven individual.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the office team to deliver accurate and timely invoicing.
Oversee invoicing processes, WIP calculations and customer portals.
Develop and implement efficient office procedures and controls.
Manage job tracking systems and daily operational reporting.
Support credit control by dealing with customer queries.
Maintain and update customer records, trackers, and portals.
