Logistics Coordinator required by well-established construction company based in Cobham, Surrey to join our busy office team. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with full training provided, ideal for someone organised, confident and great with people. Starting salary of £28,000
What you’ll be doing:
-Processing weekly timesheets accurately and on time
-Booking operatives onto projects and coordinating day-to-day allocations
-Liaising with operatives daily and supporting them with any site queries
-Checking attendance and keeping records up to date
-Monitoring and updating training/certification compliance
-Supporting the wider team to keep projects running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
-Strong organisation and attention to detail
-Confident communication (phone/email)
-Ability to juggle priorities in a busy environment
-Some previous experience in an administrative role is required
-Experience in the construction / logistics sectors would be desirable but not essential (training provided)
