Court of Protection Solicitor - Remote
Are you an experienced Court of Protection Lawyer looking for a genuinely rewarding role with flexibility and autonomy?
A well established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to appoint a Court of Protection Solicitor to join its growing specialist team.
This is a remote opportunity with occasional travel to support vulnerable clients in a variety of settings.
You will work closely with an experienced and recognised Head of Department handling a varied caseload including:
• Court of Protection matters
• Attorneyship work
• Mental capacity and safeguarding issues
• Supporting vulnerable individuals and their families
• Liaising with carers, healthcare professionals and external organisations
The successful candidate will ideally have around 4+ years PQE or equivalent experience, alongside strong client care skills and the ability to manage their own caseload independently. Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members would also be advantageous.
