You will be the first point of contact for patients and provide administrative and customer service support to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
Main duties of the job
* Greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage online bookings.
* Process repeat prescriptions and update patient records.
* Liaise with healthcare professionals.
* Handle confidential patient information in line with data protection policies.
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
About us
We are a friendly small but busy GP surgery. There are 2 GP partners and a mix of clinical and non clinical part time workers.
Experience
* Reception work experience and system ONE software knowledge would be desirable. Must be flexible to cover annual leave as extra.
