Resourcing Group is expanding, and we're excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Exeter office.
In this role, you'll manage an established temp desk focused on recruiting Facilities Management and Maintenance (blue-collar) staff across Exeter and the surrounding region. You'll be working alongside a colleague covering another area of the region, with the desk benefiting from a solid pipeline of both warm and new clients, ensuring excellent job flow. This opportunity is available due to rising demand in a stable and expanding market.

The Role
This role offers a dynamic, sales-focused recruitment opportunity where you'll engage with both clients and candidates in a consultative way. You'll take full ownership of your client portfolio, building and maintaining long-term relationships while becoming the go-to expert for FM and Maintenance recruitment in your region. With a mix of PSL accounts, retail clients, and significant potential for growth, this is a great opportunity for a motivated recruiter.
As part of an experienced and growth-driven division, you'll manage a permanent recruitment division within the FM and Maintenance space, covering a defined geographical area.
