The Role
As a Contentious Probate Solicitor/Partner, you will:

* Manage a broad and stimulating caseload of contested wills, inheritance disputes and trust litigation
* Play a key role in shaping and expanding the contentious probate offering
* Lead and mentor junior team members (if appropriate)
* Work closely with senior leadership to implement strategic goals and client development plans
\n
About You
To be considered for this role, you will:

* Be a qualified solicitor with extensive contentious probate experience
* Operate at Senior Associate or Partner level
* Have a proven ability to manage files independently and provide expert client advice
* Ideally hold ACTAPS accreditation (or be working toward it)
* Demonstrate leadership skills and a track record in team development (preferred)
