We're recruiting for a leading contractor delivering award-winning CAT A & CAT B commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across Central London. This is a great opportunity for a Construction Manager ready to take ownership of complex, high-value schemes.
You'll work alongside industry-leading teams, managing projects for Tier 1 clients in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment that rewards initiative and supports long-term development.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day delivery of major fit-out/refurb projects
* Coordinate with design, commercial, and site teams from preconstruction through handover
* Ensure key programme, cost, and quality milestones are achieved
* Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners
* Lead site teams with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
What we're looking for:
* Experience managing CAT A & CAT B fit-out/refurbishment projects
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Proven ability to manage programmes, teams, and client expectations
* Background with a respected main contractor or specialist fit-out firm
