Registered Manager – Supported Living Slough (SL3 8SX) | £40,000 p.a. | Start by October 2025 We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to join a well-regarded, single occupancy supported living service in the Slough area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader in the health and social care sector to join a specialist service rated “Good” by the CQC. About the Registered Manager Role: As the Registered Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of seven Specialist Behaviour Support Workers. The service specialises in providing care for complex learning disabilities, physical health needs, and behaviours that challenge whilst implementing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) elements. Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (occasional weekend work and inclusion in the on-call manager’s rota ) Location: Slough Start Date: October 2025 Registered Manager Key Requirements: Previous experience managing supported living or similar settings (essential) Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent (desirable) Experience working with individuals with complex LD and behaviours that challenge (PBS) Reporting to: Head of Service Salary: £40,000 per annum Interested candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
