Role Overview We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Consultant for CCaaS (Contact Centre as a Service). You will be a high-level sales professional responsible for selling cloud-based contact centre solutions to all businesses across the south of England. Reporting in to the Product Director the Senior Sales consultant will be responsible for creating and converting a stable and sustainable sales pipeline. Here’s an overview of the role Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Planning · Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target prospective customers in various industries that would benefit from a CCaaS solution. · Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base as well as working with the Account Management team to cross sell into the existing customer base Solution Selling · Understand the customer's pain points and business needs and tailor CCaaS solutions to meet those needs. · Demonstrate the features and benefits of the CCaaS platform, including scalability, integration with existing systems, and improvements in customer experience.
