You will be passionate about housing and have strong coordination, administrative and customer service skills completing a range of tasks to support with service delivery. You will support residents with initial enquiries and support with the logging and allocation of casework to neighbourhood services. You will work collaboratively with operational teams to deliver positive solutions. Key Responsibilities: providing a generic high-quality administration and support service in key areas of housing management and operational performance process invoices for approval and respond to enquiries on administration and payment respond to resident and stakeholder enquiries including incoming and outgoing post, email and telephone calls. ensure robust filing systems are used and documentation is maintained for easy access. log casework on the housing management system for frontline neighbourhood teams using measures based on workload and capacity support partners working out of the office through checking and logging information onto the housing management system accurately input and maintain data liaise with residents to book appointments What Were Looking For Must haves: experience of providing an excellent customer service ability to work flexibly with minimal supervision within a team environment. good communication and interpersonal skills including customer care and telephone skills ability to carry out detailed administration work to a high standard experience and good understanding of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel and CRM and document management systems. Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with a wide range of internal colleagues to deliver the best business solutions. Ability to work as an integral member of a busy team and support colleagues in a busy operational environment. Nice to haves: Communicate with a wide range of people verbally and in writing with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences.
