Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Operative to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To carry out all aspects of repair and maintenance work within the region/services assigned to you
2. Repair services to include plumbing, carpentry, fix broken furniture/walls gardening and oversee other works that requires attention. Scope of any gardening works to be identified by the Deputy Estates manager
3. To ensure that working areas are left clean and tidy
4. To undertake basic administration tasks, related to this work and support fellow team members and the role of the Co Ordinator as team leader
