Customer & Consumer Analytics Manager
At Domino’s, your skills, ideas and judgement really matter. As our Customer & Consumer Analytics Manager, you’ll play a key role in how we understand customers, spot opportunities and turn insight into action across the business. You’ll help shape decisions, guide a team, and improve how we use data to deliver a better experience for customers and stronger performance across the UK & Ireland.
This role could suit you if you enjoy balancing hands‑on analytics with people leadership. You’ll be based in Manchester or Milton Keynes, working in a hybrid way with 1‒2 days a week in the office. It’s a great fit if you like turning data, customer feedback and market insight into clear recommendations that others can act on, and if you’re ready to lead a small team while staying close to the detail.
You’ll own and develop insight across customer, consumer, brand and competitor topics, helping teams make better decisions with a clearer view of what’s happening in the market and what matters most to customers. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Digital, Marketing, Operations, Strategy and Product, while also managing a team of analysts and keeping insight delivery practical, useful and commercially relevant. This section follows the template guidance to keep things clear, practical and focused on no more than three core areas of delivery.
