A key client of ours are seeking a Office / Finance Administrator to join them on a permanent part-time basis. For this particular role, they are seeking someone has excellent attention to detail, organised and keen to work within the built environment.\n\nThe role:\n\n * Provide assistance and administration to the Project Managers and other senior management.\n\n * Liaising with all staff, clients and consultants\n\n * Help prepare technical documentation\n\n * Supporting the accounts team\n\n * Assist with marketing and communication.\n\n * Assist with any finance related documents.\n\n * General administrative duties\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Must have experience working within the built environment\n\n * Must have atleast 3 years experience working in an administration role\n\n * Good written and verbal communication skills\n\n * Ambitious and driven\n\nThis is a Permanent position and Coleman James Ltd are acting as an Employment Agency
