The successful candidate will take on a Key Stage 2 class, delivering high-quality teaching and learning that develops independence, curiosity, and a love of learning. The Ideal KS2 Teacher Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential) Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (desirable but ECTs are welcome to apply) A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment framework Creativity and adaptability in planning and delivering lessons Excellent classroom management with a supportive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A passion for developing children both academically and socially Main Responsibilities Include: Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons across the KS2 curriculum Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment Monitoring pupil progress and using assessments to guide teaching Supporting pupils' individual needs and promoting wellbeing Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues Taking an active role in the wider school community, including extracurricular activities Why Work With This School?
